Beautiful management and pay and atmosphere

Too much work and overtime is never approved

The company has a long history it's been around 140 years (since 1875). The company was very stable with workers employed for over 50 years and had a great pension program.

Bulova was sold to Citizen Watch Company with many of it's older employees forced into early retirement which does happen a lot in many takeovers. Like in most big corporation raises were always on the lower end if you were lucky enough to get one 2% to 3%.
