Cons
Some of the longer tentature staff and management within the SOC enable/participate and flat out ignore toxicity(Fredericton location) within the work place. Such as: discrimination(ie making fun of someone's religion or how they look, as if other employees aren't listening), harassment, yelling, bullying and disrespecting explicitly stated boundaries. Rigid framework in regard to the environment their poor analysts have to work within, a five minute job shouldn't take 20 minutes or 20 minutes taking 50+ mins. They won't take advice or update frameworks... Yet expect millions from customers(contracts); yet using freeware and or bare minimum products just to skate by and not actually be a cyber-security firm quite baffling actually considering if they clients only knew.
