Bull Moose is not interested in building Leaders! Its goal is to belittle you into submission of their way of living. Your Family comes last as, you’re expected to be married to its culture. Time off/PTO is minimal, even if approved. They regularly expect you to use your Vacation time for health reasons or concerns. The work is dangerous, dirty and overall conditions are poor. You’re expected to work overtime daily, in short notice and NEVER plan on weekend Family time, unless it’s a holiday. There is 1, 20 minutes lunch period per shift and you are expected to be at your job at the beginning and end of this. Good luck with restroom duties or trying to commute to your break area in that amount of time.

Pros

-Incredible work life balance as well as benefits package -You can tell the company cares about it's employees success -The company provides incentives for it's employees yearly -Management is always willing and open to teach to help you grow as an employee

Cons

-Maternity leave package could be better. I think a longer duration at full pay would be more appealing. As someone who has had children, the first 3 months are so important to be home rather than feeling pressured to return to work due to financial constraints
