Start from the top level The management is over all good young & dynamic Directors they allow new ideas & suggestions, they also force & encourage employee engagement activities like team lunch, prizes, festival celebration, awards and keep us busy in employee welfare. They also monitor satisfaction level of employees at lower levels. The Culture over all colleagues, HOD’s & management have a professional and friendly culture, everyone has right to voice his / her opinion, all staff members & departments do have team work (but needs improvement further). People are warm & welcoming attitude you will find various staff members asking you “how do you like the place”? Colleagues & HOD’s both are accessible and approachable culture, help & guidance is given at all times, cases of harassment, bad behavior of seniors are all dealt with firmly. Juniors are made to feel comfortable. During covid situation all were given work from home with no paycuts. HR policies are updated time to time to make it employee friendly. HR department tries to be in touch with employees to understand their grievances & suggestion. HR person are approachable and policies are at par with market conditions. New best practices of HR initiatives will be started to make HR operations more smooth.
Cons
Company has to move from startup tag to established setup Foundation changes & strengthening work need to be done in all departments Bottle necks / workflow issues needs to be investigated on ground level and solution needs to be found this become main issue for employee dissatisfaction.
