No work life balance. People are fired left and right. No clarity about what work you're supposed to do. Brief changes everyday. Management is not supportive and will do nothing to make your life at the company better. The only response they'll give you is that "that's how things work in a startup". Company posts hundreds of fake reviews on play store to get a positive rating. I'm sure all the positive ratings on Glassdoor are fake as well.
