Not one pro, this is a terrible work place
Cons
Very traditional and rigid work environment with little flexibility, even for occasional personal situations. Most roles are fully computer based, yet remote work flexibility is extremely limited. Workloads can be demanding and employees may end up covering responsibilities across multiple functions without compensation reflecting it.
Turnover and retention issues were noticeable and, in my experience, morale often felt low. There is also very limited HR structure/support, which can make employee concerns feel difficult to navigate. Employees were sometimes let go very abruptly, which created an uncomfortable environment and made job stability feel uncertain at times.
This company may be a fit for someone who prefers a strict in-office culture, but it was not an environment where I personally felt valued or supported long term.
