Pros

None, it’s not worth working here. The company moral is trash yet when they have new hires they fake being a good work culture.

Cons

I cannot emphasize this enough: the leadership at this company is not just ineffective — it is outright destructive. The CEO is a textbook narcissist, and her behavior affects every single aspect of the organization. Nearly every employee struggles to meet unrealistic numbers, and when you try to explain the challenges you face, you are dismissed outright — “you’re just whining,” and she doesn’t want to hear it. There is literally no HR. If you challenge leadership or question the market struggles you’re facing, you risk being bad-mouthed in detail to anyone who will listen. People who are fired for speaking up often find themselves publicly criticized, humiliated, and scapegoated. Yet somehow, the CEO insists she only hires “top talent.” Many of us come in with a proven track record of success in previous roles — but BTF has a way of systematically setting you up to fail. This is why turnover is astronomical. Employees don’t even make it past 90 days without realizing just how impossible it is to succeed here. The CEO thrives on fear and control. She posts everyone’s numbers publicly, not to motivate or celebrate, but to shame and belittle. If you don’t hit your numbers — even though almost everyone struggles under the same conditions — you are labeled lazy or incompetent. Meanwhile, a tiny handful of employees manipulate the system to look successful, while the majority are left frustrated, burned out, and demoralized. Leadership is not interested in hearing feedback or addressing systemic issues. The rest of the leadership team knows the CEO doesn’t care, so they simply “yes ma’am” everything and collect a paycheck, leaving employees isolated, unheard, and unsupported. The CEO thrives on people around her who always tell her she’s right, regardless of reality, and anyone who tries to speak truth to power is silenced or punished. This leadership style doesn’t just hurt employees — it ruins relationships with partners. She has a horrible delivery, humiliates staff in front of local points of contact, and thinks that intimidation earns respect. It doesn’t — everyone who works with her knows it, and employees are left embarrassed and powerless. Almost every employee I’ve spoken with openly calls her a narcissist. Promises made by leadership are meaningless. Raises, bonuses, and incentives are tied to numbers that are impossible to achieve. The infamous $5K raise for meeting targets? Forget it. KPIs are unattainable, and benefits are virtually nonexistent. If you start at BTF, I promise you will see red flags within the first 30 days. The system is designed to crush even high-performing, experienced professionals. The toxic culture, public shaming, impossible expectations, and lack of HR support make it impossible to succeed. This is why so many talented, proven individuals fail and leave within three months. Bottom line: This is a company that punishes talent, rewards fear, and thrives on humiliation. If you care about your career, sanity, or dignity, do not work here. It is a disaster from top to bottom.

Pros

Very few - work from home, easy work load

Cons

CEO, Branka, is an absolute farce. This company has potential to do well without her, she's single handedly ruined the entire premise. The Board should be ashamed and embarrassed to work with someone like her.
