      Pros - hmm. hard to think of any when you get treated poorly and not recognized when extra effort is put in.

      Cons

      no mgmt recognition for extra efforts or successes. Mgmt takes credit for every one elses wins. no room for advancement.

      Pros

      BPI has been in business for over 50 years. A lot of the employees are long-term. BPI offers excellent benefits and is employee owned. Pay is competitive for the industry. The people we work with are like family to us. Everyone is willing to help out wherever needed.

      Cons

      Moving up within the company takes some time due to Management staying with the company for a long period of time. Opportunities are hard to come by, but if you are patient and work hard, it does not go unnoticed.
