Pros

If you want to learn this is definitely the right place for you. Its also a very chilled environment and every one supports you in achieving your personal and career goals. Furthermore, BGI treats you like family and is always ready to put you first before any activity. I have grown so much and built relevant leadership skills. Everyone has a responsibility from the first day. They encourage you to innovative and creative. I really love what I do

Cons

Because you are responsible for your project, there is many times pressure for you to deliver. It can get really intense because the team is still growing and there are many projects. However this is often compensated by having relaxing team activities and taking time off work.

Pros

Good contact with new interesting startup's Asociation with the MIT and ISCTE (at the time of this writing, not anymore, as they have both distanced themselves from this acelerator)

Cons

Company used to be asociated with MIT, but lost asociation with them Titles are fake (interns are called 'managers' to seem more profesional). In summary, it's imposible to trust somebody's title. There are several sexist coments and remaks, both from top management and other employees. Comenting on women's bodies, but not only. They ask interns to do menial things such as get people coffee... but only if they are female. If they are male, they become in charge of reports and other important tasks. Top management is manipulative and threatening. You are told you make more than in other companies when you clearly dont, and if you politely disagree, youll spark a nasty argument and be called an idiot or delusional.
