Pros

Not many Pros. Fellow designers were fantastic to work with. The people who work/worked there were a solid team. The company was very lucky to have such good people with solid values and the eagerness to help one another when needed...which was often. There was a time when you would be rewarded with a raise or bonus for the work you did. That time has come and gone.

Cons

So many cons, this might take a while. The initial interview was fun, exciting and positive. I left thinking, "Wow, what a great place to work!" I'm a pretty good judge of character...it failed me. Didn't take more than a few weeks to realize I got myself into a job that will go nowhere with endless days and nights of work. The only reward is a self awareness that you've done your best with each model produced and the fellow designers would praise you after an install. Ridiculous emails sent out by corporate telling the entire company the same thing over and over just worded differently, only to have that same person ridicule you to other employees. The backstabbing among management was endless and it trickled down into the work environment as a whole. Management is the issue. They either chose not to acknowledge it or truly have no clue. Either way, this company is a perfect example of what not to do. The employees are the last to be treated well or paid well. Beware of this place, keep your eyes wide open should you decide to accept their offer and make sure you get EVERYTHING they promise you in writing. And those floors, walls, stairs, etc... make the investment. Stop thinking the client's you bring through are walking around with blinders, they can see how badly maintained the building is which in turn says a lot about the company. It's dirty.

Pros

Great culture, lovely people, creative environment, hands-on experience! Great for those that need to WFH. The management is very approachable and responsive. It’s a great place to work.

Cons

SOP needs some work, they need to improve the way that they communicate and streamline their process, every department has its own method of communication either through PowerPoint forms or Teams Planner cards. It doesn’t feel cohesive and causes a lot of confusion, to the point where most people (even those who have been working there for many years) don’t know who to reach out to for different things. They need to improve the way they do their budget forms, their furniture estimates and excels are a bit convoluted and difficult to work in.
