      Excessive amounts of admin work, management is obsessed w/ daily dials and talk time numbers, fake consultative process (they want you to literally read from the scripts they give you exclusively)

      - Senior engineers are incredibly talented and approachable - Great work/life balance. No call rotation, etc - Lot's of room for experimenting

      Cons

      - Features get built and forgotten quickly. Low internal adoption - Going through a big strategic pivot at the moment
