Communication is hard in a growing company, really in any company. They have tried different ways to communicate all of the things, and continue to get better in this area, but there is still room to improve.
The 'new' insurance sucks and needs to change. Whenever it's brought up it feels like it's brushed off. People are choosing not to seek medical help because it's so bad.
