This work place was very manipulative, rude, untrustworthy and unappreciative. They do not care about the employees. The CEO is by far the most condescending and patronizing person I have ever come across. They use you to get as much out of you without paying you for the work which you are actually doing. Then CEO barely knew about his own company and expected you to do 10x more than your job role/ pay grade. There were countless amount of times where he would dump a load of work on you as he would try to implement a new strategy, and then tell you he doesn't need it anymore and ask you to start over with something new and waste your time. This place is very much run as a dictatorship and its the CEO's way or no way. I could go on and on about how awful of a place Build Team is to work but overall this just is not a normal work place. It is a soul sucking environment which will chew you up and spit you out.
