Pros
The benefits are second to none for a non college graduate like myself. The health insurance has helped my family many times already in that my wife of very sick. The bosses are all very approachable and easy to talk to. The company hires within and is willing to train you where ever you want to work. Best of all, while you work, nobody is on top of you, stressing you out or bothering you during work. All critique is handled behind closed doors. It's a good ole boys club and everyone is pretty friendly.
Cons
Take home pay could be better. Do not fully trust most of administration to disclose full details on how checks are paid out or to provide advice on job improvement . Breaks are "required" but are not really able to happen many days. Besides that, not a lot at all. Redundancy if one considers that a con. The job day to day is easy to figure out.
