Hourly pay is below is below the industry standard based on what is asked of operators. Inconsistencies on who gets a raise and when they get a raise. Management tries to run the production floor from their office instead of being on the floor with the operators. Upper management will continue to put responsibility on an employee until they say not to with out any increase in pay. Upper management will sometimes scoff at the idea of employees wanting more money to take on more responsibility.
