      ideas are easily implemented because of the size of the organization. great use of technology is making job easier for front-line service reps.

      Cons

      long-term employees and slow advancement opportunities. owner and upper management have no open communication to line management and personnel for discussion of problems and not very transparent to read for direction

      Pros

      Budget is a true family owned and operated business. I've worked with big corporate companies and I love the flexibility of the company. Ownership and management truly care about employees and customers.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits larger companies have aren't here (401K, Life Insurance, FSA, etc)
