Pros
The office location with free breakfast
Cons
There is a surprising lack of talent across the company, which makes it difficult to understand how client satisfaction is being maintained. Management is extremely poor, with little to no training or development provided. Mediocrity is consistently praised, particularly within an inner circle, while high performers who carry the real workload and deliver the creative output are overlooked and ultimately pushed out.
If you are not part of this inner circle, you will quickly feel isolated. It is frustrating to watch genuinely talented new hires join the company, only to be sidelined or let go in favor of less capable individuals who are favored by leadership.
The company panic-hired aggressively and then conducted mass layoffs once leadership realized they could not afford the salaries, largely due to a lack of new client wins. Nearly everyone hired in the past year has since been let go. Overall, job security is extremely poor, and the culture does not reward actual performance or talent. I would strongly advise against joining.
