Pros
Every aspect of working for BuddoBot is amazing. Beyond the competitive pay and benefits, there is so much the company has to offer. Fringe benefits like paying for your gym membership, free book purchase every quarter, summer gas perks, fun events, lunches, and SWAG! I don't mean stress ball with the company logo swag. I'm talking about North Face jackets, Oakley backpacks, and so much more. The CEO is very personable, smart, and inspiring. He has created a fantastic culture to work in. It never feels like you are speaking to the CEO of a company. The CEO is always concerned about our work/life balance. Small company with a lot of growth and internal advancement opportunities. Including myself, I have seen many people promoted from within, or move to more desired positions. A very cool fact is the corporate side of the house is 75% female and they hold a lot of leadership positions.
Cons
There aren't really any cons. Busy and hard work, but it is rewarding. You are appreciated and recognized for your work.
