Really nice group of people. Busy environment with a lot of moving pieces to manage, which I really enjoyed. No 2 days were the same. Open door policy was really nice, and the owners (family) were very receptive to feedback. Every time I went in with an issue it was an immediate priority for them. Clients could occasionally be tough, but for the most part they were easy to work with, but demanding.

I left because I moved. No real cons, I would have stayed if I didnt move.

Provides legitimately high quality products to customers. Great location.

Multiple generations of nepotism, even HR is a family member. Flaunt lavish lifestyle and luxury vehicles while underpaying staff and exploiting cheap overseas labor. Slave drives employees to the point of injury or heat stroke.
