Worst Management Ever (Highly not recommend working here) - Cashier/Barista Bubble Bee Employee Review

The general manger is very nice and caring about the marketing and office employees. He wants to hear your ideas and for you to be creative. I was able to start the influencer program with this company that is still running and help come up with marketing campaigns. The GM consulted me about many aspects of the business which made me feel involved and inspired. He also is reasonable and understanding about your personal life and flexible to make the hours work for you

There can sometimes be a lot of driving to different store locations and you do not get paid for gas or time driving. When I created the influencer program I would drive to different stores on weekends or days off to meet with new influencers for 10-15 mins which was an important job to be done, but I was ONLY get paid for those 10-15 min. The pay structure didn't always work for the type of job it was. Also my role kept building and building as time went on and it got a bit overwhelming.

The environment is very nice and so is the management

They pay under minimum wage, and aren’t very professional or cleanly.
