Pros
I've worked on a number of interesting projects for high-profile companies while working for Bsquare both on services and product work. In my opinion the best part of working for Bsquare is they have always given me the space and leeway to try new things, side-projects that grow into something more useful (or sometimes not) or approaching things from an alternate angle. Management have always been receptive to suggestions both technical and related to company procedures. For the most part while projects have quality procedures and sometimes unique requirements management takes a hands-off technical approach and aids mostly in high level goals and as a supportive interface between customers and technical teams where necessary. Pre Ralph Derickson things were a little different in the US office but this has always been true in the UK office that has been run mostly independently. Ralph's done a great job of bridging the gap between the two offices and bringing the same positive environment to the US office. I feel positive about the companies future with Ralph as CEO. Also the other things like: remote working, flexible hours, free tea/snacks etc.
Cons
Currently none other than Americans being cliche "super excited" (as a cynical Brit)
