- the company are in a very quick period of growth with lots of changes to the way people are expected to work. Some people are on board & a pleasure to work with, some people less so
- project pipeline not well organised
- work not what was advertised
- very cliquey with a blame culture
- staff turnover very high
- expected to do unpaid overtime from day 1 “for the good of the team”
- before I started I read reviews that said similar things & took them with a pinch of salt. But from what I experienced a lot of the other negative reviews were accurate
