      Pros

      1) Good company to learn about Oil & Gas for beginner

      Cons

      1) Old school and have a limited pool of candidates database. 2) They never provide you with guideline and training, you need to figure all by yourself. 3) Only have 2 platform to source candidate (Using personal LinkedIn and Jobstreet only) 4) Unachievable KPI-Limited access to platform. 5) The management always monitor you (What time you come in, what you doing in your desk, what time you going back, what time you go out for lunch, everything)

      Pros

      Company has great Health Benefits, health insurance is nicely priced due to huge amount of employees which is really nice. W-2 Pay is industry top tier! What is great is the company pre-pays all your airline costs, auto rentals, and accomodations which is a real blessing limits your out of pocket costs!

      Cons

      Would be nice to have paid holidays since we are W2 and not get paid when the clients we support are off.
