Pros

Office location is quite decent

Cons

1) The company overcharges clients and does the same work at 2-3 times the rates 2) Makes employees slog but pays no bonus because business is always underperforming 3) Ex-CEO ran away to Australia because India operations failed 4) India office is now run by ex-CEO's uncle who retired from Steel Authority of India and knows zero about SEO or internet marketing. He comes for 3-4 hours and leaves without adding value 5) If you want to join a good digital marketing company, there are lots of 10x more successful companies like iProspect, PageTraffic, Techmagnate, etc.

Pros

Bruce Clay Inc. offers a solid foundation for anyone looking to grow their skills in SEO and digital marketing. The training is thorough, and there’s a strong emphasis on best practices that align with industry standards. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and gained valuable insights from both technical SEO and client communication perspectives. If you're early in your SEO career, this is a place where you can quickly sharpen your skills. The starting salary is competitive.

Cons

Although the starting salary was competitive, I came to regret choosing this role over other offers due to the lack of growth opportunities — no performance reviews, no raises, and no clear path for advancement. I was disappointed by how my situation was handled when I needed time off for medical reasons. I was transparent about my condition and did my best to maintain professionalism throughout, but ultimately, I was let go during a time when I was dealing with serious health challenges. I would have appreciated more understanding and support from leadership during that time. This experience is not only my own.
