      Commission is good but can be lessened with tax

      Cons

      Terrible working hours, even as a full time staff member in every weekend and work late almost every day. Also the hours change in the summer and winter which makes it difficult to plan your life around

      They were pretty confused about the new Temp to hire procedure being that I was the very 1st Temp to hire.
