Some really great people in the sites

Disorganised from top to bottom Do not practice the values that they stand for Have no cohesion umumgst the “support” office Lack basic understanding about HR processes Do not support you when you ask only step in when the problem becomes urgent Just generally uslesss

There are no pros that I can think of that would merit me mentioning

- the in house management aren’t very helpful -treat people like numbers -have values and expectations that nobody across all venues and positions actually embody -no one knows what they are doing -if you raise any issues you become an issue
