Pros
OK place for someone just starting out. Free lunch once a month. Year end bonus. 4 sick days per year. Free coffee. Somewhat laid back atmosphere. Most holidays off.
Cons
Low salary, if you get a "raise" it will likely be $1, or $1.50 if you get promoted. Apparently they are thinking of moving to a 2% per year raise, which would be less than $1 given their low salaries. No benefits at all. No health care. No retirement savings. If you try to talk about health care you'll just get vague answers until you're past the 30 day sign up window. Management always wants more. You gave it 110%? Why couldn't you give 120%? Poor communication. "We know you were never told to do this, but why didn't you do this?" Unreasonable expectations. Every position is listed as entry level even if it's not. No recognition for increased job responsibility. Only 3 vacation (or personal, whatever you want to call them) days given for your first year. Upper management complains that people don't want to work holidays.
