Pros
You make friends at work and have the ability to make good money (which you can also do at competing firms).
Cons
Extremely poor management, the idea of only promoting from within is not the best model when your company is filled with people just out of college who have zero experience. People are promoted too quickly into management positions without the proper support or even having to prove themselves. Training is very limited, so you better learn on your own or you will not last past a few months. There is no real professional development path, and they pride themselves on the fact that you can become an office manager within just a year or two out of college and which is pretty comical if you think clients actually respect 24 year old "managers." Brooksource does not invest in employees and is 100% a turn and burn culture, following the model of mass hiring and hoping a few people work out. What is worse is that the company blatantly lies about the extremely high turnover to prospective employees. If you are a young professional looking for guidance, strong leaders, continued training and professional development...don't be fooled into believing the "Brooksource culture" and I highly advice you to look elsewhere.
