Work was easy, fun, and I was allowed to do homework on the job. The hours were convenient around class and projects.

My boss's boss was not great. Some of the student reps were rude and bossy. It was scary when there wasn't a security guard.

You can make money while doing your homework, you meet plenty of really great people who all share your goals and ambitions. Plenty of opportunities to collaborate and connect with your peers.

You might have to deal with some pretty intense conflicts with students on occasion, and management doesn't communicate often; it sometimes takes forever for them to fix computer and other problems.
