Pros

Love teaching. It was so much fun!!! They give you a lot of freedom (no micro managing) and as long as you are having your required office hours and there for your classes, you dont have to be there all the time.

Cons

Some of the students are disrespectful and administration does not hold them to that professional standard. Students complain and the administration always believes them and thinks you are at fault. Administration does not communicate anything with you and then they become frustrated because you did not do what they wanted even though you had no idea what it was that they wanted.

Pros

Hybrid schedule is great I felt more productive at home.

Cons

There is a noticeable disconnect between leadership’s message about culture and the day-to-day experience of employees. While managers often speak about building a strong, supportive environment, the reality can feel highly micromanaged and overly critical. Instead of feeling empowered, employees often feel scrutinized and reduced to metrics. The focus is consistently placed on enrollment numbers rather than meaningful student relationships. Although the messaging emphasizes that it’s “about the students,” the pressure to enroll quickly — regardless of long-term fit — suggests that numbers ultimately take priority. Opportunities to genuinely connect with students or check in on their well-being are often discouraged if they don’t directly contribute to immediate enrollment outcomes. Additionally, expectations such as making 100+ calls daily, combined with limited lead flow and minimal marketing support, create a high-pressure environment that prioritizes quantity over quality. This approach can make it difficult to build authentic connections or feel aligned with the mission being communicated
