The Community is great and respects their Officers. The command staff is trusting and supportive, great pay and benefits.

I don't have anything negative to say about the Department.

Higher paycheck than most departments in the Atlanta metro area. Gives you a take home car. Your seniority will climb fast, as almost everyone is quitting and new hires are constantly coming in.

Extremely micromanaging. They intentionally dirty up your file anyway they can. Things get worse when you seek other employment, as they take it very personal. You'll feel lucky if you get out without being fired.
