      Pros

      Being paid on time, being enrolled on a government mandated pension scheme.

      Cons

      Awful work environment. Poor management. Miserable office space. Low pay. Poor benefits. Bad company culture. No career growth, no access to training. My personal favourite: having to book a half days holiday in order to leave work 1 hour early to attend a dentist appointment.
