Do Not Work Here - Education and Wellbeing Coordinator Brook Employee Review

This job was the worst job in my entire life. I hope that anyone reading this would have done so before taking on a role here rather than after. Absolutely the most appalling management standards. For a place that claims and harps on about mental health and support no one could care less. The staff turnover is a huge example of this. It amazed me that anyone would stay longer than a year here as I’ve never hated working somewhere so much.
