      The students are open to new instructors. The current instructors are welcoming to anyone new. You have an amazing director.

      Transition from old to new management is slowing some things down.

      -Some really great people that work there, whose hearts are in the right place. -Staff try their hardest with limited resources.

      -Lack of leadership at upper level -Micromanaging from CEO who hasn’t been around for 4 years and is out of touch
