Pros
Given that Bromberg is so small, I was given a lot of responsibility early on. Also, they try to create a sense of "family" in the workplace.
Cons
The most unprofessional environment I've ever worked in. Further, the management constantly micromanages, and employees are only given negative criticism which is neither constructive nor helpful. No employees are ever recognized for their accomplishments in the company. Further, whatever they tell you in the interview is not what the job actually entails. They also bring you in for "days at the office" instead of a second interview, which is just a way to get free labor. This company is an HR nightmare. You are offered a salary, but treated like an hourly employee with ZERO benefits in the first year. Not even one sick day.
