Pros
Brocade still pays above average compensation in this market and the benefits (RSUs, bonuses, vacation, etc) are very good compared to other large companies. If you have a good manager, it can be a decent place to work.
Cons
New senior exec think they're changing to company around to "a new definition of success". That's a great sound bite but they're not fooling anyone. Tick tock!
