Overall, this was a very good experience. I felt as though staff and supervisors were intelligent, hard working, and easy to coordinate with.

As with many companies, there was one employee that was quite difficult to work with. They were were not as patient and not as professional, as the others.
A handful of branches and a very cohesive and supportive team. Management is extremely supportive and the entire team is united. It was a pleasure working at Broadway Federal Bank.

Accuracy and strong attention to detail are a must. Personal hygiene and a lot of patience for customers is required. A lot is at stake and a small mistake is hard to find. The team is supportive and help out without any animosity or attitude.
