Pros

Broadridge has a near monopoly so its easy to have 'loyal' clients when there is no competition.

Cons

Newer management is solely focused on numbers as they all come from consulting firms. There is no more focus on servicing clients or providing career path opportunities for employees.

Pros

You can test tactics, fail, learn, and it's a great place to try new things.

Cons

The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
