Engineers are working hard and delivering the product. There is limited room for personal growth if the engineer stays in the right team and holds desires and works right in the direction.
Cons
Corporate level vision remains behind the market trend for some business. Execution to penetrate into new market lacks of strong momentum. Business decision was not well supported by engineering management in some incidences.
