Pros

Chance to work in latest technologies across a broad range of products, smart people who are passionate about what they do. Flexible work from home policies depending on manager. Professional workplace mostly.

Cons

Getting bigger and more bureaucratic. No longer a start up culture. Okay compensation. Does not keep up with market. They stopped stock options years ago. Bonuses are drying up too unless you are a manager and above. Upper management is making out like bandits. They do dole out a few RSUs to the rank and file, but with stock price stagnant or going down, the value is questionable as they don't vest in less than four years. Depending on manager and group, work loads and schedules can be unrealistic and exhausting. No defined vacation time, depends on manager. Key people have jumped ship.
