      Legacy of the company is the only pro

      Cons

      When they acquired VMware they didn't care about VMware's legacy, no empathy towards partner and VMware Employee. I got made redundant during maternity and I've been able to bounceback since. So many lives have been ruined, they forced they to sign the settlement by threatening to put me on default Mat pay if I didn't accept their settlement offer.
