      Pros

      The people are wonderful, many are there to make a positive difference. Most of the line managers are great people and so are the HR support. They care about staff.

      Cons

      Difficult industry with lots of uncertainty. Leadership aren't always open to feedback, so it makes it difficult to voice opinions, without feeling insecure or targeted.

      Pros

      very nice people, and you have opportunity to meet everyone in the organization, from both founders , CEO, and other members of diverse teams around the world.

      Cons

      You'll just have to get funding through your school. The last time I interned, they didn't have funding for interns.
