Pros
Discount on cable through brighthouse networks
Cons
During my employment I was expected to work at least 60 hours plus a week. My average check was around $500 and I had to use my own vehicle and pay for my own gas. I computed my average wages and it came out to around five bucks and hour most weeks. Company advertises that average techs make $1200 a week (yeah right) This company is a subcontractor for Brighthouse Networks. You started your day early, and had "time frames" that you had to keep. If you missed a time frame the company backcharged you. Often it was not humanly possible to meet these appointments puntually. You are asked to do dangerous things, such as climb poles after dark on front and back lot lines. Workweek was M-Sat. You had to return to the office daily to turn in equipment after your route was finished. Often you would have to wait to check in equipment and couldn't leave to go home until very late (9-10pm). You are required to turn in a break time that you are not paid for, but you never had time to take a break. Company "retains" money from every check for security on a laptop, and promises to return the money should you ever leave or get fired. When you do leave, they come up with several convenient backcharges to effectively steal the money from you. I cannot say enough bad things about working here. If you are considering this company, run. Run the other way.
