Pros
As an organization they are driven, transparent, focused on quality and don't lose sight of maintaining a culture as a completely remote organization. There are many opportunities to help improve the overall quality of the organization and it is always interesting on account of the fast pace. There are a lot of very smart individuals here who are great to work with.
Cons
Interpersonal communication and knowing when to "shut down for the day" can be challenging in a remote-first organization. There are some core back office functions that could serve the organization well at some point.
