Pros
Remote work, "unlimited" vacation, fairly decent pay, friendly low-level staff.
Cons
Nepotism - everywhere... regardless of expertise. Terrible and confusing leadership. I don't recall ever having solid goals - they changed week in and week out. You don't dare speak up, or challenge upper management (especially when you're in the right). They will turn their backs on you, no matter how hard you work or how patient you are. The company spends way too much money on lavish parties, but struggles to maintain payroll. All in all, the place is a recipe for disaster. They don't care about their employees, and will turn their backs on you. Take your talent elsewhere; it's not worth the insults, terrible leadership, or stress of being constantly confused about priorities/objectives.
