The work was fun but the pressure was unbearable.

Absolutely no training. Lied in my offer letter about Bonus. Was working 60-65 hours a week but actually was told only had 75% utilization at Bonus time. Lie to the clients about what the system is capable of doing. Then they wonder why the client pulls out. They actually think they handle tier 3 and 4 Insurance companies when they can nearly handle 1 and 2 tier. If your looking for a good stable company to work for this place is not it.
