Pros
Brite is an ever-evolving business. They have grown significantly since I've been there and continue to. They are transparent with employees on current and future plans for the business. They have a caring and family-oriented atmosphere that you truly feel involved in. As someone who is always on business trips and out of the office, I still felt welcomed and at home when I was there. They have excellent benefits.
Cons
The opportunities to move up in the business (outside of sales jobs) seems to be pretty stagnant. There are little to no positions that open up that allow for growth. Training is lacking. However, the business is growing and I truly believe that with time these opportunities will open up more and more.
