      Pros

      Good Benefits like free mental health services and nutritionist/ health service.

      Cons

      After some year, the career feels stagnant, due to the management changes all the progress and contribution of the employee seemed to have been missed to capture. Bangalore location had downsized the office to a shared workspace, we were coming to office less frequently.

      Pros

      I LOVE working here. Bristlecone truly focuses on the employee's experience. Bristlecone invests in its people and is transparent about how to succeed here (SCM / AI expertise, client service, continued focus on learning, etc.). If culture eats strategy, then Bristlecone is well-positioned for success.

      Cons

      Going through growth pains - but largely these are 'good problems' to have (e.g., hiring quickly to meet client demand while making sure there is a good cultural fit)
