As such there is no pro here ,only salary credited on time and that too coz we work here so it's our right to get salary so I don't include it in pro .
Cons
Now coming toward cons than I have list . I worked here for 3 months as recruiter ,but I am pretty sure to join this company is my bad decision ever . No AC ,no generator , all employees working during summer by cleaning their sweat and these directors don't even care for all these . If u have good face and gesture and posture you are getting hired in this company no matter you don't have brain . No enough hike in this company ,they just want to fill their pocket and buy as many flats in Bangalore and to roam in other countries in the name sake of bringing clients in company . Lot of work pressure and brain less directors who don't have any strategy to work even I don't think so they knew the meaning of strategy. No enough technical knowledge those directors will ask you to work on such laptop which dont have operating system installed. No respect for employees with whom these directors are working . And last but not least it is the worst recruitment company as well as development company . First go and know the real meaning of IOT then start your company as IOT development . And one message to director " hardwork is not a key to success it's only smart work because if hardworking is key to success then donkey will be the king of jungle instaed of a LION. Thank you
