Great benefits, small offices offer the chance to get to know your co-workers

Due to shortage of staff in the insurance industry as a whole, the work load can get overwhelming very quickly. Not everyone does their fair share and it makes it hard to keep up. Pay is not great for the work you’re doing. Working weekends and until 5:30 everyday isn’t ideal for the average family life. Not much room for growth in the more rural locations.

Room for growth within the company.

Pay could be lacking but it was in line with industry standards.
